What is your MOQ for slabs and tiles?
For standard Slabs & Tiles, the MOQ is usually 100 m2. Other specialized items may vary depending on requirements.
How are the products packed for shipping?
Tiles are packed in white carton boxes placed in fumigated strong wooden crates. Slabs are packed in seaworthy fumigated wooden bundles, reinforced with metal straps and plastic film.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes, small samples are free of charge. The lead time for small samples is typically 1~3 days.
How do you ensure the quality of the stone?
We provide order updates and product pictures during production. We also welcome inspections by yourself, a friend, or a third-party QC agent.
What is the typical production lead time?
The normal lead time is around 3 weeks for one 20' GP container. Faster lead times can be confirmed upon order placement.
