1. What is the typical port of loading?
Normally we load from Xiamen Port, Tianjin Port, Wuzhou Port, or Mawei Port depending on the project requirements.
2. How are the stone products packed for international shipping?
We pack our stone with fumigated wooden boxes containing foam and plastic film protection on 6 sides, further strengthened with iron sheets at the corners.
3. What is your sample policy and lead time?
Small samples are provided free of charge. The lead time for small samples is typically 1~3 days. Courier fees are often refundable after order placement.
4. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For specialized items like tombstones, the MOQ can be 1 set. For other items like slabs and tiles, the MOQ is usually around 100 m2.
5. How is product quality guaranteed?
We provide regular order updates and production pictures. Customers are also welcome to arrange QC inspections by themselves or a third-party agent.
6. What are the production lead times?
The normal lead time is approximately 3 weeks for one 20' GP container. Faster turnaround times may be available upon confirmation.
