The first shipment is about 10-25 days after receiving the deposit. We work with professional freight forwarders to arrange shipment and customs clearance. We also offer door-to-door delivery services to save you time.

Do you provide free samples?

Yes, we could offer samples for free charge. While delivery costs will be on the buyer's account (DHL, FedEx, etc.), we will refund the express fee once the order is confirmed.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Regular MOQ is between 20-50 sqm. However, we are open to discussion and trial orders are available to meet your specific project needs.

What are the payment terms?

Regular payment via TT. For amounts less than USD 2000, 100% payment before processing. For amounts over USD 2000, 30% deposit before processing and 70% before shipping.
