Do you accept retail orders and what is the MOQ?
Yes, we accept both wholesale and retail orders. The minimum quantity required is half a container.
Is customized design available for different dimensions?
Yes. We can produce any dimension for any product based on client requirements, especially for slate mosaic designs.
What is the typical lead time for an order?
Normally, one container order takes 10-25 days. Shipping to Western Europe takes approx. 27-30 days, while the US West Coast takes 15-20 days and the East Coast takes 26-35 days.
How do you ensure product quality?
We have strict inspection procedures and a well-trained technician team. Inferior quality products are never allowed to leave the factory, and customers are welcome to inspect orders in person.
What is the packing standard and liability for damage?
