What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 30 slabs per color per thickness. However, for colors we currently have in stock, there is no MOQ limitation.
What is the expected delivery time?
Typically, delivery takes between 7 to 28 working days after we have received the initial deposit.
What are your standard payment terms?
We accept T/T (30% in advance and 70% before loading) or 100% L/C at sight.
Do you provide samples?
Yes, we provide product samples free of charge. The customer is only responsible for the delivery freight costs.
